1. Brisk Walk or have a short walk after meals
2. a) Lay down on the bed.
b) Raise your hands and legs
c) Do a "twinkle twinkle little stars" (clasped hands and open) simultaneously with your feet pumping up and down (10x per set, do as many sets as you deemed fit.)
The above works for me, especially for 2).
Anyone has different method?
