my "Antidote"

I think I better note down all my major symptoms and antitdote before I forget.

 1st Trimester

Major Symptom1.1: Frequent vomiting/can't burp easily
Antidote1.1:
  1. Drink Ribena 
  2. Boil dried orange peels (from chinese medical hall) with rock sugar.
  3. Eat Hacks Sweets (Honey flavour)
  4. Eat crackers/biscuits (to promote burping)
Major Symptom1.2: Can't take water by itself
Antidote1.2:
  1. Drink Ribena, honey, soya bean milk, fruit juices (own blend) 
  2. Occassional 'Peel Fresh' fruit juices (available in most supermarkets)
Major Symptom1.3: Can't stand meals aftertaste even after rinising mouth
Antidote1.3:
  1. As per Antidote1.2 above
  2. Eat Hudson sweets (Lime Flavour) - Sick of Hacks honey flavour : (

2nd Trimester
Major Symptom2.1:  As per symptoms1.2 and 1.3
Antidote2.1:  As per Antidote1.2 and 1.3

Note: vomitting lessens but still depends sometimes on Hudson lime sweets to "smoothen" the effects.


3rd Trimester
Major Symptom3.1: Get hungry easily
Antidote3.1:
  1. Eat 'Nature Wonders' Royal Mixed Nuts, 'Camel' Cocktail mix - can always eat on the go.
  2. Eat more frequently - pack slices of bread with peanut butter, magarine, kaya (a mixture to prevent getting sick of anyone flavour.)
  3. Get milo ready-packed satchets, ready-packed biscuits (3 biscuits in 1 pack)- (especially at night, wee hours)
  4. Pour 'Marigold' fresh milk intermittently to chill and drink at least half hour later.
