Friso Milk !

I thought no harm trying the Friso milk sample which has been lying for quite a while.
BAD MOVE ! I vomited as soon as I drank it.
Daddy thought the milk smells nice with vanila flavour but oh gosh.
Apparently, our dearie doesn't think so. :(

Vitamins / Supplements II

Now that my nausea is not too bad, I try to take vitamins that my gynae prescribe:

1. Natal care Triplus Omega Fish Oil (625 mg)
2. Multivitamins (Vitamin Products > Prenavit Tablet) 
3. Calcium and Vitamin D (Calcium products > Suncal-D Tablet) 

All has to take 1 each daily. But depending on my condition, I sometimes take alternate days. Better than nothing  : (
